Rhea graduated with a B.Sc in nutrition from the University of Saskatchewan in 2018 and is a professional member in good standing with the Saskatchewan Dietetics Association (SDA) and Dietitians of Canada (DC). She has also completed her B.A in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan in 2016. She has studied a multitude of areas in nutrition, but takes a special interest and has continued her learning on disordered eating, sports nutrition, intuitive and mindful eating, and food challenges for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Rhea has personal experience as an athlete and a coach and has worked with all ages. She strives to equip her clients with the knowledge and practice to overcome their individual nutrition challenges. Not one person is alike in their nutrition journey. Rhea is consistently assisting her clients in planning and developing goals to better their athletic performance, condition, food relationship, quality of life and more.
