Karen Moffatt, CSEP-CPT
As a professional classical musician for over twenty years, Karen has a rich understanding of repetitive stress injuries resulting from postural habits. Her goal as a personal trainer and yoga instructor is to help her clients develop new movement patterns that will increase their body awareness, strength, symmetry and mobility so that they can live with less pain and more freedom in their daily activities.
Karen is certiﬁed in Functional Movement (FMS Level 1 and 2), Upper Body Mobility (Agatsu), Personal Training and Nutrition and Wellness (Can Fit Pro), Pre and Post Natal (Bellies Inc.), and has over 500 hours of Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certiﬁcations. With the knowledge she has gained from her training she is able to cater to the needs of each individual on their path to health and wellness.
